1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using Apex TechFin's website and services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms apply to every visitor, enquiry and client.

2. Who we are

Apex TechFin (Proprietor: Ronik Gajjar) ("Apex TechFin", "we", "us") is a sole proprietorship based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, and an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-354187).

To be precise about our role — because precision is the first act of trust in finance:

• We are NOT a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser (RIA). We help you invest toward specific goals through mutual fund distribution and support; we do not provide fee-based investment advisory and we do not manage your portfolio — your folio always stays in your own name.
• We are NOT an insurance company or an IRDAI-registered broker. Insurance is arranged through individual IRDAI-licensed advisors associated with the respective insurers.
• We are NOT a lender. Loan services are consulting and facilitation only; every sanction, rate and term is decided solely by the bank or NBFC.

3. Nature of our services

Mutual funds: we facilitate goal-based SIP and lumpsum investments in schemes from leading fund houses across the industry, and support you through the journey. Mutual Fund investments are subject to market risks. Read all scheme-related documents carefully. Returns are not guaranteed; any figures shown are illustrative at an assumed rate and are not a projection or assurance of returns.

Insurance: we help you compare and place cover through IRDAI-licensed advisors. Insurance is the subject matter of solicitation. Coverage, terms, and claims are governed by the respective insurer’s policy document.

Loans: we compare offers across banks and NBFCs and assist with documentation. Apex TechFin is a loan consulting/facilitation service, not a lender. Sanction, rate, and terms are at the sole discretion of the bank/NBFC and depend on your eligibility; loan interest rates shown are indicative and subject to lender policies and applicant profile.

4. No guaranteed outcomes; calculators are illustrative

Nothing on this site is a promise, projection or assurance of returns, approval, premium or rate. Past performance does not indicate future results.

Our calculators and tools produce illustrations at an assumed, user-editable rate. They are educational estimates — not advice, an offer, or a guarantee — and should not be the sole basis of any financial decision.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete information for KYC and applications, to read the relevant scheme, policy or loan documents before deciding, and to make your own decisions. Honest disclosure (for example, of medical history for insurance) is the single biggest factor in a smooth future claim.

6. Third parties

Asset Management Companies, insurers, banks and NBFCs are independent entities. Their products are governed by their own documents and terms. We do not control, and are not responsible for, their decisions, processing times, sanctions, claims or rate revisions. Any reference to such institutions is for identification only and does not imply endorsement.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, design, calculators, graphics and code — is owned by Apex TechFin or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or republish it without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apex TechFin is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its general information. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Indicative rates and figures may change without notice.

9. Privacy

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information under the DPDP Act, 2023.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, always lives on this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
